The story of Chefouse begins with the vision of Noorudheen, Co-founder and Managing Director. With an MBA in Production Management from Visvesvaraya Technological University, and experience as the Managing Director of AIMER Business School, Knowledge City, he combined academic expertise with a passion for transforming India’s food industry.

During his MBA journey, Noorudheen was exposed to world-class food production equipment, mostly used in international markets. This exposure highlighted a stark gap—while India had an abundance of rich, traditional foods, the production standards often lacked the hygiene, quality, and innovation needed to meet global expectations.

Deeply inspired by the challenges faced by farmers, especially the low returns they receive due to limited value addition, Noorudheen set out on a mission: to transform traditional agricultural crops into modern, value-added packaged foods. Through Chefouse, he envisions building small-scale, high-quality food factories that not only uplift farmers but also introduce consumers to safe, hygienic, and innovative snacks rooted in India’s traditions.

As the driving force behind project development and brand building, Noorudheen ensures that every production facility follows international hygiene and quality benchmarks. His passion lies in innovation, promoting hygiene as a new industry standard, and creating opportunities for food innovators to take their products to global markets.
